Peaceful Beginnings Christian Childcare Center employs teachers who are eager to learn and have the desire to grow. Our teachers represent their center in a positive, professional manner, and possess strong interpersonal communication skills. Providing high quality care, education and christian values to children and families is critical to the families we serve.
Peaceful Beginnings encourages growth in our employees through continued education and ongoing training. We work closely with YoungStar and are current on the Registry which records trainings and reflects levels of training based on education. Many employees are involved in continuing their formal education in addition to meeting the continuing education requirements of the State of Wisconsin Department of Children and Families.
We are proud of our staff and the longevity of their stay with us. We have teachers who have been with Peaceful Beginnings Christian Child Care Center for over 15 years. We also have many other staff that have been here between 5 and 10 years. We are a small Christian center with a family atmosphere. Our staff reflect this by showing pride and dedication to the families and children with their time spent teaching and caring for children.
Our center director has a Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education with a DPI license to teach children from birth through 3rd grade. She understands that your children come first and that every decision made is made for the best interest of your children. She will answer any questions you may have and work with you to provide individualized care.
Our center works closely and is sponsored by Peace Lutheran Church. Pastor Don and Pastor Stuart visit the children and take a special interest in the christian values that are taught. The church community supports our efforts to continue to be a leader in christian child care.
